YouMadeThis is a product discovery platform where builders can list AI-powered tools and products. Visitors can browse, search, and vote on listed products. Builders may submit products under a paid subscription plan.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure and confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans (Basic and Pro) are billed monthly through Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or spam content.
• List products that are illegal, harmful, or infringe third-party rights.
• Attempt to manipulate votes, rankings, or discovery algorithms.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users.

We may remove any content that violates these rules at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content you grant YouMadeThis a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and promote that content on the platform.

The YouMadeThis name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of listings, or that the Service will meet your requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouMadeThis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
