Refund Policy

7-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe to YouMadeThis and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. No questions asked.

This guarantee applies to your first payment only. Renewal charges are not eligible for this guarantee.

After the 7-day window

We do not offer refunds for subscription payments made outside the 7-day guarantee window. When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • Access to paid features ends when the billing period expires.
  • Your submitted products remain visible; you may still edit or delete them.

Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside the standard policy at our discretion in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a billing error.
  • Extended service outages that substantially impaired your access.
  • Charges made after a documented cancellation request.

Upgrades and downgrades

When upgrading from Basic to Pro mid-cycle, Razorpay automatically prorates the charge. You are only billed the difference for the remaining days in your billing period.

Downgrading from Pro to Basic is not available directly — please cancel your Pro subscription and subscribe to Basic at your next renewal date.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@youmadethis.net with the subject line "Refund request" and include:

  • The email address on your account.
  • Your Razorpay payment ID (found in your receipt email).
  • The reason for your request (optional but appreciated).

We process refund requests within 3 business days. Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Payment processor

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are issued through Razorpay back to your original payment method.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of YouMadeThis after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
